(NASHVILLE, Tenn.), February 19, 2015 — State Senator Jim Tracy (R-Shelbyville) has rescheduled his Telephone Townhall Meeting for Tuesday, February 24 at 6:10 p.m. The meeting was originally set to take place on February 17 but was cancelled due to the severe weather conditions.

“The legislature is facing decisions that affect all citizens on many important issues such as education, our state budget, job growth, tax relief, and public safety.” said Senator Tracy. “I want to be open and available to hear from area citizens about these and other important issues facing Tennessee this year. My office will also offer assistance to constituents that call in who need help with state services.”
Senator Tracy is Chairman of the Senate Transportation and Safety Committee and serves as a member of the Senate Commerce and Labor Committee, the Senate Education Committee and the Joint Committee on Pensions and Insurance. He represents Bedford, Lincoln, Marshall, Moore and parts of Rutherford Counties in District 14 in the State Senate.
