Corker and Norris Tour District

     NASHVILLE, Tenn. — State Senate Majority Leader Mark Norris and the people of District 32 will host to U.S. Senator Bob Corker this month.  Senator Corker is making two stops in Norris’ Senate District on Tuesday, August 28 during the Congressional summer recess.

At 9:30a.m., Norris will join Sen. Corker at a town hall meeting which Corker will hold at the Halls Veterans Museum (100 Veterans Dr.) in Lauderdale County.  Then, at 11:30, the Senators will travel north to Dyer County to attend the Dyersburg Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting at the Lannom Center.  Norris will speak at this event.

“I am always proud to see Senator Corker visit West Tennessee.  He has been a good friend to our region in the U.S. Senate and he has a lot of good friends here,” Sen. Norris said of Corker’s travel plans.

Sen. Norris represents Tipton, Lauderdale, Dyer, and Shelby Counties.
